Chicken Stuffed Biscuits are perfect for a quick lunch or after school snack:
Chicken Stuffed Biscuits
1 can Pillsbury Grands Flaky Layers Original Biscuits
1 cooked small chicken breast, chopped
3 T mayo
3 T shredded cheddar cheese
3 T celery
1 T chopped walnuts
2 T chopped cran-raisins
1 T melted butter
1 T Trader Joe's Everything But the Bagel seasoning
Mix the chicken, mayo, cheese, celery, walnuts and cran-raisins. Heat oven to 375°F.
Separate the biscuit dough and cut a slit in the side of each biscuit, and open it up.. Stuff one side with the chicken salad. Press dough back over filling and seal the edges. Place on a parchment covered cookie sheet. Brush melted butter over each and sprinkle with seasoning. Bake for 20 minutes.
Easy and delicous!
