Melon Stacks

Melon Stacks are easy and fun to make.....

All you need is a syringe, a few thin slices of fruit and skewers, or long toothpicks.

Using the syringe, push it into the fruit - I used three types of melon - and when the syringe is full.....

....slide your skewer into the fruit and push the syringe to expel the fruit:

This is a cute garnish for a beverage, like this martini....

...or a Mimosa:

They would be cute in a White Sangria Punch (recipe):

          Or use a mini flower cookie cutter to create this garnish out of melons:

The flowers could also be stacked on a skewer, like these hearts...

...or flowers:
