Charcuterie Bouquet
This is an easy way to create a pretty charcuterie bouquet for an appetizer or happy hour snack for a small gathering:
You don't need many ingredients: a few different cheeses, salami or pepperoni, grapes and cherry tomatoes.
You will also need decorative long toothpicks or skewers:
Other items you might have in the fridge that can also be used are: ham, turkey, gherkin pickles, olives, cucumbers, peppers, strawberries, basil leaves, berries, celery, melon - and many more - be creative!
I created the bouquet in a trifle bowl, but they are just as pretty on an enamel plate:
