When you have an abundance of tomatoes from your garden, make SALSA!




I bought these cute little appetizer paper plates @ Drooz and Co and they are perfect for individual servings:


Salsa is so easy to make and is a healthy and delicious snack!


The spoon is made by Mudpie


I like my salsa spicy!  How about you? 


Here's an easy recipe - this is not only good with tortilla chips, but toss some on pasta or in soup, make a taco salad and top with salsa or serve with scrambled eggs or omelets!

    We love our salsa, but not to spicy for me. The flavor of the fresh tomatoes makes it extra special. Love my summer tomatoes. Darling little plates, I will visit the site. Happy week.......

    Those plates are adorable and yum on salsa. I just made some mango salsa for spicy shrimp dish and of course I had to use a fresh tomato out of my garden. But sadly, they are coming to an end. I eat one daily. Hugs and blessings, Cindy
