Beachy Breeze
1 oz Midori (melon liqueur)
1 oz Malibu (coconut rum)
6 oz Pineapple juice.
I love pineapple juice....
...so this cocktail is right up my alley!
This is perfect for a hot afternoon pre-dinner drink!
Gilligan's Island
3 oz. orange juice
3 oz. cranberry juice
1 oz. coconut rum OR coconut vodka
1 oz. peach schnapps
This cocktail makes me wish I was on an island!
It's fruity and refreshing!
Here's how I made the garnish for the Beachy Breeze:
I cut out little flowers of melon with a mini cookie cutter.....
...and used the Gin-iper Branch from Raw Rutes.

The melon garnish is so clever, Patti! Make mine with regular rum or vodka and I'm in. I'm not a fan of coconut.
