Summer Patriotic Tablescape and Kitchen Cart

Welcome to Panoply's Summer Tablescape Party!

My kitchen cart is decorated for the summer in a patriotic theme.  Everything is close at hand when I need it, dishes, flatware, napkins.....

.....mini plates for appetizers....


a large platter for desserts....


...and luncheon plates....


My table is set for breakfast....


I always look forward to bringing out the MacKenzie-Childs enamel and ceramic Star Plates!


The red and white runner is from Target, the blue stemware is from Dollar Tree, the red star bowl and flatware are from Pottery Barn, the appetizer plates are from Hobby Lobby and the checked dinner plates and topiary are from MacKenzie-Childs.


The red, white, and blue color palette is highly symbolic due to the American flag and I like to keep using these colors all summer.




So, what's on the menu?  
French Toast, fresh fruit and sausage patties.

    I do love a good kitchen cart. You know, I have a bamboo bar cart that is just in the closet. I never use it. You have really inspired me to do so. I think I’m going to spend the summer trying to come up with something very interesting. Your table is beautiful. I love all of the stars and stripes. I’m asking myself why I don’t have any stars and stripes. McKenzie Childs is always wonderful, and I do like that dinner plate, but the star shaped plates are what really are calling my name here. It’s really lovely.

    Patti your cart is adorable and I love that you keep your red, white and blue out all summer...and why not? There are so many patriotic themes to be had...Memorial Day, Flag Day, 4th of July, Veterans Day, Labor Day and I am sure I have missed more. I keep mine out too! The Captain put the bunting up on May 20th and it even stay put up til Fall. I always like seeing your MKC pieces and what a collection you have. I also like that MKC is coming out with so many new colors, especially in their check patterns. Have a great and wonderful summer. ❤️🤍💙🇺🇸

    Your summer red, white, and blue tablescape and lovely cart are such a tribute to the holiday. Your dishes are perfect for serving and I loved the pieces from Pottery Barn. The MKC is terrific and you have such a wonderful presentation. This couldn't be a better collection of red, white and blue and perfect for a patriotic tablescape. Have a wonderful summer.

    Patti, your bar cart is just perfect for summer entertaining - cheery, patriotic, and everything right at your fingertips all in one! Love the table for two with the red and blue star plates and the MKC checked plates with the red star bowl and star flatware. The topiary is darling and the breakfast menu sounds delicious.     Patti, it's a marvelous idea to have all your Americana table elements stashed on the kitchen cart, ready to use at a moment's notice. And what colorfully detailed dishes, napkins and flatware you've assembled! I'm sure you'll be able to make endless fun combinations with them all summer long. I love the star-shaped plates and bowls. I fell hard for the sweet topiary and the figurines. Have a Happy Fourth!
