Here's a great way to spice up and enhance a few vegetables:
Hot Honey Garlic Butter is a delicious addition to carrots, asparagus or spinach!
Hot Honey Garlic Butter
2 T butter
2 T hot honey
2 T hot honey
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
2teaspoons fresh chopped parsley
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
2teaspoons fresh chopped parsley
Melt the butter in a small saucepan and add minced garlic, stirring for a minute. Add the rest of the ingredients and remove from heat, let sit for a minute, stirring a few times. Toss with cooked carrots, wilted spinach or brush on crusty bread!
