I baked a few potato chips for our afternoon snack:
I used a mandolin to slice the potatoes thinly:
I used a pumpkin cookie cutter to cut our the shape:
I dried them on a towel.......
....grabbed a bunch of spices.....
....put them into a zip bag....
...and drizzed some olive oil into the bag....
....and tossed the potatoes in the mixture....
...and baked them for 10-15 min at 400°!
They were delish!
Then I did the same with the leftover potatoes:
This time I used different seasonings:
These were baked for the same amount of time:
We dipped them into ranch dressing!
