Seasoned Crackers
These are so easy to make and add a mildly spicy and savory to plain crackers.
Seasoned Crackers
4 oz crackers - saltine or ritz style
1/4c olive oil
1T Italian seasoning
1T Selefina Pimento Picante Chili Blend
Instructions:
In a large zip bag, pour in the olive oil and then add the spices, Mix well. Add crackers.
Seal the bag and shake it gently, turning it over and over until all the crackers are coated evenly.
Leave the sealed bag at room temperature overnight, turning it over every so often.
Serve with a mild cheese, a creamy dip or a spreadable cheese.
These will stay fresh, sealed at room temperature, for up to a week.
