Here's a quick and easy appetizer to bring to a party or share with your guests:

I purchased "snow cones" in a festive red and white stripe:

I filled the bottom with assorted nuts and then added cheese and pepperoni, a cucumber slice and broccoli on skewers, a celery stalk and a few crackers.....all items I had on hand.

You can add olives, pickles, chips, carrot sticks, salami, and so on - - anything you would put on a charcuterie board!

Be creative!
