Butterscotch Brownies....

These are so easy to make, and if you cut them in small pieces, you can have more than one!!!

BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIES:

Preheat oven to 350' and grease and flour 13"x9" baking pan
6 oz Nestle's Butterscotch morsels
1/4 c butter,
1 c light brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 T vanilla
1 c flour
1 t baking powder
3/4 t salt
Directions: Melt butterscotch morsels and butter, slowly over low heat.  Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar. Cool. Blend in eggs and vanilla.  Sift together flour, baking powder and salt and stir in. Spread into baking pan and bake for 25 minutes.  When cool, cut with a plastic knife and dust with Confectioners Sugar!

And if you hide them under a solid lid, you aren't as tempted to keep eating them because they are not so visible.......

...well that is not scientifically proven, but it works sometimes!!
