Spiral Bread - so easy to make!

This spiral bread is easy to make - and so pretty to serve:

I bought 2 loaves of frozen bread dough and rolled each one out to be the size of a pizza pan (lightly grease pan)  I placed one on the baking pan and covered it with some Rondele herb spread, cheddar cheese, diced green peppers and minced pepperoni.  (I imagine you can add anything you like!)  Then I covered the toppings with the 2nd loaf of bread dough and press lightly.

I placed a plastic cup in the middle and cut slices toward the glass, twisting each section a few times.  I removed the cup and brushed the bread with an egg yolk and baked it for about 35b minutes @350'.
Here is the baked bread:

I used a butter knife to gently cut in between the spirals and it became a "pull apart" bread!  Not only pretty, but tasty, too!

Candy Cane Marshmallows

These are simple to whip up:
 ingredients:
chocolate marshmallows (Walmart)
chocolate melts
crushed candy canes
mini candy canes

Dip the marshmallow into the melted chocolate and sprinkle on some crushed candy canes.  Stick a mini candy cane into the marshmallow and let sit.  Wrap each individually in a little cello bag!
Simple, huh?

Easy Fudge Wreaths

Here is a quick and easy treat to share with friends or co-workers:

As always, I do things a bit unconventionally:  I wrapped a few perfume sample bottles in plastic wrap:

and bought a few disposable muffin tins:

You'll need some spearmint leaves and cinnamon candies:

The fudge recipe is simply:
12 oz chocolate chips (I prefer milk chocolate)
1 c butterscotch chips
1 T vanilla
1/2 c chopped walnuts
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
Heat it all until melted and combined.

I prepare my leaves by slicing the spearmint leaves thinly:

I spray the muffins tins with a bit of Pam, then wipe it with a paper towel.
As I pour the fudge into the muffin tins, I stand up the covered perfume bottle in the center, and then gently press in the leaves and cinnamon candies:

I refrigerate the fudge until set and "twist" the perfume bottles out of the center:

I cut the muffin tins apart and then gently peel away the foil:

They can also be made in mini pie tins (I cover lipstick tubes in plastic wrap for those!)

Not only is it easy, the fudge tastes so good and makes for a pretty presentation when served on a pretty dish or wrapped in cellophane with a pretty bow!
