Parchment Check Table - MacKenzie-Childs inspired


M-C calls this pattern "parchment check" and it has such a soft, pretty sand color, with gold and aqua accents.

This little table was stained brown and needed an update, so, using the couch as an inspiration, I painted the top in parchment checks and "doodled up" the rest:


I dragged through some aqua and gold, glazed the table in a warm tan and varnished it:


The base is smaller than the top and was painted in a coordinating design:


This little beauty is off to Shabby Chic Boutique in the morning!
