Winter
without my hubby
Sometimes I miss the snow. Afterall, I spent the first 27 winters of my life around it. Then last year when I went back home near the end of winter, it reminded me how much I hated the cold! Especially since I hadn't been in the snow for four years before that!
ReplyDeleteSigh, remind me what sunshine looks like!
ReplyDeleteTracey
Ick! That tells me we are not too far behind you. It's been cold enough for snow. We had flurries yesterday but no real snow yet. I want to head down south too!
ReplyDeleteJeanine
my husband would head south in heart beat I on the other hand do not love the cold and snow but would not like to live there. We have been going south for vacation in the winter for years and it is a welcome break but I am always happy to come home to the snow.
ReplyDeletecathy
Ooh Patti...I am cold just looking at your picture!! I have to agree the south is very appealing. Good weather, good food, and a beach is never more than a few hours drive.:o)
ReplyDeleteThat makes me shiver just looking at the pictures. I am not a cold weather person. I should move further South as it is already cold here.
ReplyDeleteI was just thinking, I need to take the garbage out, but it is barely above freezing right now.
ME TOO!
ReplyDeleteI cried when I had to come home from Florida in October. We'll suffer together, Patti! La
Well... at least the walk was shoveled?:@)
ReplyDeleteI know what you're saying!
Brrrrr!
ReplyDeleteWow!! I had heard upper NY was getting a lot of snow. I hope you had a wonderful, relaxing time in FL.
ReplyDeleteJane
If it helps---it went down to 15 degrees here last night. No snow, however. I do not miss those winter days at all! Happy birthday too!
ReplyDeleteYes, but the air is so much fresher up north! Don't you think?
