Cranberry-Pineapple Mini Salads

Here's a great idea for mini fruit salads if you are having a crowd:

Cranberry-Pineapple Mini Salads

1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
2 3 oz pkg raspberry jello
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
2/3 cup chopped walnuts
1 apple chopped

Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Add enough water to juice tomake 2 1/2 cups liquid. Boil liquid and remove from heat - add jello and stir. Add rest of ingredients and spoon into 24 foil muffin cups. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Make 24.
