A quick salad to prepare....

Stawberry Basil Pasta

8 oz stawberries
8 oz shells, cook and drain
8 oz mozzarella balls
1/4 cup fresh basil, ribboned
1/4 cup sliced red onion
2 T balsamic viniagrette
2 T cranberry viniagrette
Mix it all together and garnish with basil leaves
